As a consultancy applicant (“data provider”), you are opting to provide personal information, such as name, address, and other identifiers, to Creative (Data Controller). Creative collects this personal information in accordance with and in satisfaction of Creative’s legal obligations to fulfill specific steps when selecting qualified candidates for potential future engagements. The requested personal information is necessary for the consultancy selection process and is only used for the stated purpose of matching your qualifications with possible opportunities. Creative will retain your information in anticipation of selection processes for potential future consideration, or until such time that you request deletion of your information.

We respect your privacy rights and your right to control your data. You will have reasonable access to your personal data for the purpose of amending, modifying or deleting any or all of the personal data provided to and maintained by Creative. Please note that choosing to delete your personal data will limit Creative’s ability to provide notification of consultancy opportunities in the future and will require that you resubmit your data should we wish to engage you in the future.

Note: If you are registering from outside of the United States, please be aware that you are sending information (including personal data) to the United States or back out of the United States to other countries outside of your country of residence, depending upon the location of the consultancy contract being sought. These countries (including the United States) may not necessarily have data protection laws as comprehensive or protective as those in your country of residence; however, our collection, storage and use of your personal data at all times continue to be governed by Creative’s Privacy Policy.
